Back to the drawing board for tourist inspiration in St. Louis! I’ve been enjoying every moment in Philly, and I’m looking forward to the next trunk show–but what to do in St. Louis? I know I’ll need at least one sunset picture of the Gateway Arch and a stroll through the lush botanical garden. Speaking of gardens, I can’t wait to check out Bowood Farms–a warehouse turned greenhouse with a nursery, home goods, and organic cafe! While I’m in the Central West End I’ll work off lunch by exploring the neighborhood. Just a ten minute walk away is the Atrium Gallery, a contemporary art hub currently showing works with textural emphasis. I never pass up an opportunity to find something unique, like the goods in Fellenz Antiques–you never know what’ll show up off the beaten path. I plan on finishing off the day with a craft cocktail and seafood plate from gastropub Yellowbelly. St Louis is a city full of surprises, and I can’t wait to explore!
