Returns
Returns for any reason will be offered within 14 days of receipt of the item.  Mail order returns must be initiated within the 14 day window and received to us through the carrier of your choice with in 21 days. 

All items must be in original condition and packaging accompanied with the receipt.  Furnishings must be in the same state as sold, with all packaging material and/or boxes attached and included, Garments must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with all tags attached. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.  An order can be canceled before it has shipped however there will be a $10.00 cancelation and processing fee. We do not price adjust. Holiday items will be eligible for store credit only. Contact us with the reason and we will issue a RAN (return authorization number) for your return. 

SPECIALS, SAMPLES AND SALE ITEMS ARE ALWAYS FINAL.

Shipping for Home Accessories & Furniture
Due to the size and scale of many of our interiors items, shipping details must be determined on a per-order basis. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any late shipments caused by strike, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.  See something you like in our Furniture section? Send us a note include your shipping address and all contact information and we will get a price quote for you.

Items on Approval  Items can be taken on approval for 24 hours. A credit card must be placed on file, and will not be charged during the 24 hour approval period. Once the 24 hour approval period has expired if we have not heard back from the customer, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the product(s) including a 4% Credit Card Surcharge. Any items returned not in their original condition, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount plus the 4% Credit Card Surcharge as well. Items on approval are not to be removed from the state that they are taken on approval from. If requested, we can assist with arranging delivery of items. The customer is responsible for the full shipping cost, both to the customer and back to the shop in the event the customer decides not to keep the item(s) on approval.  We reserve the right to decline having any item returned.
