The Shade Store Showroom

Rollins Ingram is busy putting finishing touches on several projects and I want to share with you our favorite new source for elegant, functional window shades.  The Shade Store, a family-owned and operated business in its third generation, is a company who provides an excellent product coupled with customer service that makes the entire process a dream.

 All in the Family: Three Generations of Expertise

Bill and I were asked to redesign the Hers Master Bath and Closet in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Decorators' Show House and Gardens opening in April.  It was an interesting space that we transformed and one of the key elements was utilizing shades in three of the windows.  In particular we wanted to hide some tempered glass and The Shade Store immediately came to mind as the perfect solution.  Samples of treatment arrived in the mail within days from our pull of selections online.  Their online communication is wonderful - we were immediately sent email confirmation of the samples we ordered.  We reached out to their fabulous design team at ADAC and were thrilled with the service we received.  Luz and Julie helped us at the showroom sharing with us available options for lining and installation.  They will set up everything - measuring and installation - shades from soup to nuts!  We even had a change we had to make after the order was placed and they were able to accommodate with zero issue.

It is rare to find a company that is so impeccable in their customer service and product, so if you have any challenging window needs (they provide drapery, too!) I can't recommend them enough!  Here is a teaser of the finished product in the water closet:
