• 2 (6.5 oz) jars roasted red peppers, drained. Can use pimentos if prefer 
 • 4 bags shredded extra sharp cheddar 
 • ¼ tsp ground cayenne (more or less to taste!) 
 • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
 • 3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise (you can use regular mayo, add more if needed!) 
 • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 • ½ (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
Mix all together in mixing bowl with hand mixer or by hand.
Spread on bread, cut to size 
 • 16 slices Pepperidge farm very thin white or white country bread with bread crust cut off.
