Wind Down with Prosecco Limoncello Sparklers
Here's a delicious recipe for any celebration or just to wind down from a busy week! INGREDIENTS
- 4 lemons, cut into wedges
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 wide strips lemon zest made with a vegetable peeler
- 8 tablespoons limoncello
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- 8 tall glasses with enough ice cubes to fill them
DIRECTIONS
Rub a lemon wedge along rim of each glass and dip rim in sugar.
Place a strip of lemon zest in each glass and fill with ice.
Add limoncello and top with Prosecco.
Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice into each glass and serve immediately.
