Style Standard with the Staff!
I’m a jeans gal, all day long. I love the comfort and versatility of a great pair of jeans, and I like to dress them up with fine jewelry and a sleek camisole. I especially love huggie earrings as they’re a little more exciting than a stud without all the commitment of a full-blown hoop. I can’t help myself when it comes to trendy sneakers and wear a pair like these almost every day. When I get tired of wearing giant Syracuse crewnecks, I like to elevate my look a little with a more polished sweatshirt. A catch-all bag in simple black is perfect for when I’m running late to class and need to bring everything with me, and a rollerball perfume makes it easy to stay fresh on-the-go.
As cliché as it sounds, orange is actually my favorite color and has been since long before I chose Syracuse! I just love its vivacity and how easily it transitions from summer to fall. For this look, I chose a white top with a wrap detail from Iris & Ink. The Song of Style Neely Midi Skirt pops while still allowing the clutch to shine as a statement piece. I love this layered necklace set, and the Jennifer Meyer bracelet and nail polish brighten things up in blue. The Kalda wedges add a boost of height.
For semi-formals, I love a little black dress. This one from Solace London is a fresh take on a classic and looks great with a dynamic pair of earrings and striking gold bangle. A suede bag with a pop of color and Halston Heritage sandals take the look to the next level. I hardly ever wear lipstick, but this one from Charlotte Tilbury has just the right amount of color in a satin finish and completes the look.
