Cleaning

• Wipe with a damp cloth; do not soak.
• If needed, use mild dish detergent.

Maintenance

• Occasionally apply food-grade mineral oil to maintain appearance.
• Use boards/boxes only for dry foods.
• Re-treat over time with food-safe wax or oil (avoid perfumed oils).

Recommendations

• Never put in the dishwasher or leave submerged.
• If edges become rough after water contact, sand lightly (fine grit) and condition with food oil/wax.
