Baby, It's Cold Outside!

It is full blown winter down south and BRRRRRR cold!  Nothing combats a chilled bone like some delicious hot beverages to warm your belly.  It's a perfect time to break out my new Keurig 2.0!

Ok, so I didn't make the snowman, but anyone can make a wonderful cup (or carafe!) of coffee with this new star in the Keurig product line.  Simple to use and the K-Cup options run the gamut from tea to hot cider.

Bodum Schiuma Milk Frother

If you prefer your coffee with some cream, this frother works wonders and makes a cup worthy of the coffee shop.  If you want to get fancy, gently heat your milk with cardamon pods to pick up that divine flavor, strain pods out, chill and use that for the froth.

Chocolate Options

In the mood for a mocha?  Or just good old hot chocolate, the Keurig can do it all.  In lieu of the perennial marshmallow, that is a dollop of fresh whipped cream floating in the chocolate. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder or nutmeg on top and use a cinnamon stick to stir.  If you have little ones, you may want to keep the marshmallows (or try some fluff if you don't mind sticky noses) and a candy cane for good measure. Delicious and pretty!
