At the end of the 19th century, Heinrich Jung (Teacher), Dr. Gottfried Von Koch (Professor) and Dr. Friedrich Quentell (Director)- who all recognized a need for high quality, accurate teaching aids in the classroom - collaborated in the creation of an extensive series of biological wall charts, each bringing their expertise and talent to the project. The dark background of each chart brings out the precise biological work in a beautiful way, and is ideal for teaching. Each illustration depicts a typical representative of its species and its corresponding behaviors.
