Since not everyone loves the usual egg nog, I figured I would give my readers some new drinks to try that share a mutual holiday spirit. A signature cocktail is a definite must have at any holiday gathering. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll feature cocktails with classic holiday flavors, such as cranberry and cinnamon, while providing a perfect balance of flavors. These drinks will be the only thing needed while opening presents and celebrating with friends. First up – the Pretty in Pink cocktail!
Before you start working on that cranberry sauce, save some berries for this sweet drink. This drink’s homemade Cranberry Rosemary syrup mixed with lemon juice is a flawless combination of sweet and sour.
Pretty in Pink
• 1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
• 1 oz cranberry rosemary syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients until combined and strain into a coupe or champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig speared cranberry.
Cranberry Rosemary Syrup
